I took a picture of the bruise on my calf today. The darkest area is where I rubbed the most trying to get the tightness out.

- In addition to my orthopedic issues, I also have ITP, an autoimmune disorder which means my body destroys most of my platelets after the bone marrow makes them. I've had it since 1980, with only easy bruising being a symptom.
